stinalynn Posted January 12, 2008 #2 Share Posted January 12, 2008 Visit their website. Beautiful location right on the beach, fabulous food. We were there on 12/26 for our anniversary and it was totally awesome. You can make reservations on their website - flyingfishbone dot com. They have the perfect location for watching the sunset as well - we had our reservations for 5 pm and got back to our ship about 7:30 - sunset is about 6:20, or was in December anyway. You don't want to miss that!
Arubalisa Posted January 12, 2008 #3 Share Posted January 12, 2008 If you are looking for romance, the Flying Fishbone. For Aruban cuisine try Gasparito Restaurant & Art Gallery. http://www.gasparito.com/

We have over 40 people that are meeting on the 1st day after the muster drill. buffy4454 Posted January 19, 2008 #5 Share Posted January 19, 2008 We got back from a week in Aruba last week. The best restaurant we ate in was the driftwood. The owner goes out fishing every day and whatever he catches is on the menu that night. We had a red snapper for 2 pan seared. It was the best fish i have ever had. The restaurant is casual too. The 2nd best dinner was at a place called The Chef's Table. It is owned and run by Dutch people so the service was a little slow. The food was fantastic though. We had huge portions and a lot had an asian influence. The deserts were in little tiny shot glasses so you get to order a couple. They were great. By the way, we didnt have a bad meal the whole week. Great restaurants!!
DedeM Posted January 22, 2008 #6 Share Posted January 22, 2008 How about lunch on one of the beaches? I am flexible and can go to any beach as long as there are beach chairs with some shade. And a bathroom. :D Any special places to check out? :)

There you can overlook the beach and the water. :)
