dkoitz Posted January 13, 2008 #1 Share Posted January 13, 2008 Hi, Has anyone done the kayak and snorkel tour? I'm wondering what you thought of it and how many people can fit in the kayak? We are 2 adults with a 9yr old. It says you kayak through Simpson Bay Lagoon and then end up at Pelican Resort. From there you will swim along with your guide for 5 minutes to the shallow reef at Pelican Rock, you will spend 45 minutes to an hour snorkeling.Thank you for any info you can provide! lauriedun Posted October 26, 2008 #3 Share Posted October 26, 2008 I am wondering about this too. Do you have to be a strong swimmer?
jbmm Posted October 26, 2008 #4 Share Posted October 26, 2008 I talked to someone the other day that had done the bio kayak tour in San Juan and he said it was rather hard work until they got to the bay. And he is a man in good physical shape! I decided with a bad back I might need to pass on the kayaking. BOO! Sounded fun. Leave on Nov. 1 on Liberty!!
