Exploring South Beach

We are a group of ten (in our fifties) that want to load up a van this Friday night to check out South Beach before our cruise Sunday. Seeking recommendations on a place to park the van, what not to miss, and restaurants. Thanks.

Check out tripadvisor miami beach forum for lots of ideas. Parking can be hard to come by so go in early. Search restaurants and parking (in the forum - you don't need to register) for lots of current information. Our favourite restaurant is Lario's on ocean drive. Have fun.

We were there just this past Sat. It was PACKED. Parking is a definite problem. I'd plan on parking as far away as possible on Ocean Dr. IF that's where you'll be headed. The same will be true on Lincoln too. Those are the 2 hopping places that are fun just to people watch for hours!
