What are the temps on March?

DH thinks it is going to cool in March. And also thinks that the water temps will be too cold for swimming. Is he right?

We were in Nassau for our honeymoon in early March several years ago. I remember the air temperature to be warm. Not hot, but very comfortable. The water temperature was pretty cold. We snorkeled a few times, but the pool water at the Sandals was almost to cold to swim, as was the ocean.
