Prinsendam's Staterooms

Has anyone stayed in any of the staterooms on the Promenade deck in the aft of the ship, specifically AB 191?

 

We've been assigned it for a fourteen day Black Sea Cruise in October 2008 and wonder about any noise from the casino and lounge.

We were in 197 ;Boston to Montreal.

No discernable noise ,but then we were a few doors down

last room on right(Looking aft)

We were recently in 190, comparable on other side - handicapped cabin.

 

Although we had some concerns about noise/smoke from the casino, there was none whatsoever. There are actually some positives to this location as I've been in other regular verandah cabins on the Prinsendam in the past.

 

Just be prepared for an unconventional bathroom layout since 191 is designated a handicapped cabin. That said, I'd not hesitate to book this cabin again as the verandah and cabin space is larger than the other verandah cabins.

I have a similar concern as I am booked in AA107 on the Upper Promenade deck. Should I expect noise from below?:confused:

The casino in the Pdam is tiny and I have never seen it very noisy. I wouldn't expect it to be a problem.
