renewals at ports of call

i thought i read something in here where someone said they either got married or renewed their vows in jamaica or somewhere for 100.00 that would really interest me but i dont want to spend my whole day at aport doing this and than miss out on exploring an island we have never been to. id like to see about doing it before getting back on the boat if possible, and has any one ever done this? we are sailing on may 18th on the victory from miami and the ports are cozumel,cayman,ocho rios. any suggestions would be great.
