Anyone been to Georgetown, St. Helena + other newbie questions

I haven't cruised in 20 years and then it was also on NCL. I'm currently looking into the Jewel for my family of four. We are early 40's with two son's ages 9 & 13. My son will be 1 month from the age of 10 when we plan to cruise, is it possible to get him in the 10-12 age group rather than the 6-9. I can tell you, he will not be very happy hanging with the 6 year olds. Also, how is the kids club in general? Has anyone sailed to Georgetown, St. Helena? What can we expect there? One last question...I'm getting rates for $149 per child, that is incredibly low, is that the norm for NCL?
