skiiergirl Posted September 15, 2004 #1 Share Posted September 15, 2004 Help....I am doing "Curves" (when work allows) and doing exercise DVD's too (so far Leslie Sanson WATPE & have ordered Cardio Salsa). Cruise Miriam Posted September 15, 2004 #3 Share Posted September 15, 2004 After my knee surgery I had to do different types of leg lifts, gradually adding weights. I was able to get up to 3 lbs. on each leg. Those exercises did more to reduce the size of my thighs than anything I've ever tried. I still do them.
