I saw that you can earn 2 credits when you book a suite. Does this include a Junior Suite (JS) or does it have to be a higher category?

You also get 2 cruise credits for a cruise 12 nights or longer. And 3 cruise credits for a cruise 12 nights or longer in a junior suite or above. Not too confusing. ;)

Yes, Any length. Except for the 12 nights or longer where you'll receive an additional credit.

I think the easiest way to understand it is

 

1- you get one point for ANY cruise ANY length

 

1- you get one bonus point for booking a JS or above on ANY sailing ANY length

 

1- you get one bonus for over 12 nights,

 

 

Max for any sailing is 3
