WiFi costs the same whether you use their computers or your own. The advantage of using your own is that you can compose email off-line and, if you use an email client such as Outlook or Outlook Express, you can also download messages and read them offline, thereby reducing the amount of time you have to spend on-line. You can also use your own computer to download your digital photos from your camera to your computer, which may reduce the total number of memory cards needed. You can also use it to play DVDs or games for intertainment for you or the kids just in case they run out of things to do. I've never heard of a punch type card on Carnival, however you can prepurchase drink coupons which are 4 for $21.00. You purchase them on-line at http://www.carnival.com/BonVoyage/AddToCart.aspx?pid=BAR. Must purchase prior to sailing.

The closest thing there is to a "punch card" can only be bought precruise from the Carnival website...Drink Coupons. Not much in the way of savings--some like them as a way to "budget" their drink purchases. You can also buy "Coke cards" when you board
