transfering from PVP to Internet TA after Final payment

Is this possible?? let me tell you the situation, I am going to book a 5 day cruise for march after recieving a bonus in 2 weeks. I have worked with a PVP for the last couple of years and love her. but found the cruise for $300 cheaper through an internet agency. There will be no deposit and final payment because the time is so close, I will have to pay in full when I book. question is if I book through my PVP at her cost, can I then transfer the booking to the agent and get the saving in OBC, or towards pre-pay tips or anything like that? any body with experience please share, I do not want to disrepect my PVP but $300 on a 5 day cruise is alot.

I talked to my PVP about this and she said she would get credit for the cruise still if I transfered,but didn't ask about after final payment. Call your PVP

They will not transfer the booking after final payment is made and no TA would accept it anyway as they would not make any commission on your booking. If the online TA is that much less for a 5 day cruise, chances are that they are holding group space and will be rebating part of their commission; but once final is made, the cruise line has done all the work and will not pay someone else.
