the ones from the NCL excursions are the photo i have attached. they go very fast, no...they may have life jackets, but you don't wear them during the tour. it's not far to the shoreline, not sure how deep it is. i found it very tame...just a really fun boat ride, with great views. we have room for the 29 on our tour, the tour guide, her assistant and the boat driver..with room to spare. the worse part of the day is the walking around the site, you have to be able to step over roots, walk uphill on uneven ground...but the site is SOOO worth it.
