disneymomof5 Posted January 25, 2008 #1 Share Posted January 25, 2008 Hi.... we are not going on our first cruise until the Fall...... but we want to book another cruise for April of 2009. Does anybody know what, if any, "discounts" or special offers might me made? I thought I has heard that if you are a returning customer... there was some type of discount? Thanks.....:p
melika091900 Posted January 25, 2008 #2 Share Posted January 25, 2008 you can get a past guest promotion, thats what my pvp calls it.. sometimes it s lower rates. or upgrades, or ship credit depends on the ship, sailing , etc. call now if they are booking when you want to go and see what they offer. -ClevelandRocks- Posted January 25, 2008 #3 Share Posted January 25, 2008 There are past cruise discounts available on select carnival cruises, however, we're not allowed to post TA links on this site. If you do a google search for "carnival past guest discounts" you should be able to find one of the sites which lists them. Also, if you or your spouse is a military vet, Carnival offers a GREAT discount to all vets who served 2 years or more (i think) and honorable discharged. Again, it's only on certain cruises, but there's a gang of them and it's usually your best discount.

Once you return from your fall cruise, you will then qualify and can ask that the April booking be looked at for that discount. Dave
westernmom Posted January 25, 2008 #5 Share Posted January 25, 2008 We just booked our April cruise and saved around $150 over our son's price on balcony cabins by being past guests.
