Eastern/Central Time

Your itenerary of your ship always stays the same time zone no matter where you go. If you leave Ft Lauderdale on Eastern time it will stay that way so you will need to always go by ship time when doing excursions. If you cross into central time zone, you will need to always wear a watch because the ship will tell you when to be back via ship time not the current time zone you are in. Right now Grand Cayman is on Eastern time, we were just there last week and my ship was on central time. We had to be back on the ship at 3:15 which means it was 4:15 in Grand Cayman.
