Outer room on Fantasy Class with one bunk and one rollaway?

Considering this option, have only had the two upper bunks and worried about where they will fit the roll away and how we would manage getting to the bathroom, etc at night when they bring this in. Has anyone had any experience? Please advise, I am leaning towards the inside, since there are no rooms available outside with two upppers.

so where do they put it? do we have to climb over it to get to the bathroom? is there room to walk around?

When we had a rollaway with an upper, the two beds and rollaway were placed in a U shape with the rollaway almost under the desk.

I wish I had a picture of this to post but I don't. You do have a pathway from all beds and during the day, the rollaway is folded up for more space.
