Athens airport-early a.m what to do?

We will be arriving at 2:30 a.m for a cruise that leaves at 5:00p.m- we can board around noon. Any ideas as what to do with luggage-luggage storage facility at airport is closed between 2-6 a.m. There will be 4 of us and lots of luggage. Any storage solutions that people have used?

The airport is WAY out there from Athens. We used a wonderful driver who was recommended by fellow CC's. We were not disappointed! If you e-mail him, he will help you figure out what to do! I believe that they party ALL night in Athens...maybe you can stop at one of those places while he waits for you with your luggage?! We had him take our party out after dinner on our cruise and were able to see Athens lit at night and by 11:00pm, things were only STARTING to liven up! I'll look up his name a post later! Very nice man and van!:D

I don't know of any place to store the luggage at the airport, but there is a Sofitel Hotel right at the airport. Have a wonderful trip!!

Don't have a solution for you but the Athens airport is far away from Piraeus. You sure don't want to have to go out there again. All the attractions are downtown. I would likely get a private taxi with a van to pick you up, show you around some sights and drop you off at Piraeus maybe even later than first boarding.
