Staying in Tuscany before cruise

Is anyone staying in Tuscany before their cruise to the Mediterrean in May?

We got a package from local agency includes 3 nighta in Tuscany then 12 night cruise and 1 more night in rome at the end. We can not name agency's on this web site but they do have alot of offices up and down the west coast of Florida. try L J

I can do the tour thing too, but I was also thinking of winging it. I just love exploring wine countries. I was jsut curious if you were doing it on your own, I would love to hear from someone that is. I'm not big into having a daily schedule.

My husband works for a food and beverage company and he said he could get us into some vineyards to stay over night in, I'm just wondering if I would be comfortable with that.
