miami Posted February 1, 2008 #1 Share Posted February 1, 2008 Never been on Carnival. I know they have assigned times and tables for dinner. Do you also have an assigned time/table for breakfast and lunch?

Do you also have an assigned time/table for breakfast and lunch? In a word - no. Don't worry - I love their pizza - and sometimes have THAT for breakfast

JustStartin Posted February 1, 2008 #7 Share Posted February 1, 2008 So even on the Legend, dinner is the only assigned time? Breakfast and Lunch are open seating? What kind of selection do they have for Breakfast on the Lido? Have no fear Miami, some ships have 24hr. pizza! Don't they? :D
Cotton Posted February 2, 2008 #8 Share Posted February 2, 2008 So even on the Legend, dinner is the only assigned time? Breakfast and Lunch are open seating? It's the same setup on all Carnival ships. Dinner assigned seating - b'fast and lunch open. What kind of selection do they have for Breakfast on the Lido? Big buffet, watery or hard scrambled eggs, greasy bacon/sausage, lukewarm pancakes, etc. :DCan you tell I really, really enjoy the dining room b'fasts? Actually, many do seem to like the b'fast buffet, but I prefer fresher food, not sitting in warming pans. Have no fear Miami, some ships have 24hr. pizza! Don't they? :D All Carnival ships have 24 hrs. pizzerias.

mytee4ever Posted February 2, 2008 #11 Share Posted February 2, 2008 The buffet for breakfast.... omlet station...usually a long line scrambled, boiled, etc eggs bacon, sausage hash browns, toast, grits cold cereals something needing syrup...pancakes, french toast, etc fruits My dh liked the omlets & usually found something that was tasty (not an egg person). Worked well when you had to leave the ship early for an excursion. Towanda
