lbislander Posted September 18, 2004 #1 Share Posted September 18, 2004 Does Carnival offer their shareholders any special discounts or credits towards cruising? Royal Caribbean offers ship board credit in various amounts based on the length of the cruise. I am hoping that Carnival does something similar. jleq Posted September 18, 2004 #2 Share Posted September 18, 2004 If you own 100+ shares, you get a $50 credit for cruises under 7 days, $100 for cruises of about a week, and $250 for longer cruises [i believe that starts at 11-day]

Peanuts Posted September 19, 2004 #6 Share Posted September 19, 2004 Just another word on Carnival. On Comcast website (my internet provider) Friday was an article about Carnival posting the best third quarter ever. As a stockholder that is not too shabby. We bought Carnival several years ago around $18.00 a share and so far it has been our best stock purchase. It's now trading at about $46-47 per share.
