Do they provide shampoo and soap in the ocean view cabins on the Pearl?

Yes, shampoo and soap are provided in a dispenser attached to the shower wall.

Shampoo and shower gel. No conditioner. They also supply a bottle of lotion. Have fun

Yes there is shampoo and shower gel in the shower. The shower gel works just fine, but I would bring your own shampoo. We had to leave our luggage at the airport an race for the ship because our flight arrived 5 hours late for our cruise on the Pearl. As such, we used the shampoo in the shower and all four of us in our party did not feel that it cleaned very well. It took mass amounts of the shampoo to just jet a small amount of lather and my hair never felt very clean.
