kellya1 Posted February 5, 2008 #1 Share Posted February 5, 2008 Hi, I'm thinking about booking a Hawaii cruise for my honeymoon next year, what is the weather like in June? Thanks Kelly
wmbjr Posted February 5, 2008 #2 Share Posted February 5, 2008 We had great weather while we were there. The temps were in the low 80s during the day. The tradewinds kept a decent breeze blowing just about all the time. It rained at least once every day except one (when we were docked in Hilo and ventured to the VNP) while we were there on the PofAm cruise. However, none of the rain showers lasted more than 15-20 minutes and then it was back to beautiful weather. We had rough seas 2 nights due to some wind off the islands, but it was not too bad. simonv Posted February 5, 2008 #3 Share Posted February 5, 2008 June is a beautiful time of the year in Hawaii. Flowers are in bloom. mangoes, liches and pineapple are in season. Sun is strong for sure, but the trade keeps temperature comfortable and sea is warm. It tends to be drier, and sea calmer, too. Summer is my favorite time of the year to visit Hawaii. The only downside is that you get more tourists.
