Best night for Chops on Mariner?

What night is best to go to Chops on Mariner? We want to eat in the dining room the two formal nights; but would like to eat at Chops one of the other nights.

DW and I did it on night 4 leaving St. Thomas. It was a nice sight leaving while at dinner. Just make sure to make your reservations early. Even the night of embarkation could be too late.

I agree. I don't remember which night it was but the new menu isn't as good as the old "caribbean menu" (IMHO)

I would suggest going to Chops on whatever night they are having the "Pork chop" selection - they were terrible! I keep hoping they are going to take this off the menu, but it's still there :o .
