Room Question for Adventure

Well color me simple. I've looked all over the RCCL site and can't find this answer. What is the difference between an E1 and E2? DW and I have friends that are going with us and he wants a minimal balcony room (he's a smoker) but asked me this question, and I can't find it for him.
