Local food, various ports

My family and I will be taking a Princess cruise out of San Juan in March. I am looking for restaurant referral's for San Juan as well as St. Thomas, St. Kitts, Grenada, Bonaire and Aruba. We would like to experience the local, or Caribbean cusine. Looking for good food at moderate prices. Nothing to Americanized or touristy. Thanks for any referral's or advise you can give.

We had lunch at Glady's cafe in St Thomas and really enjoyed it. We all had the Jerk Mahi Mahi and it was wonderful (coming from someone who generally doesn't enjoy fish). We were told by several locals to go there so you shouldn't have any problem finding the place.
