Where do I purchase a paper funnel? I've read about these on these boards as an easy way to refill your own empty water bottle with the free water from the drink stations.

I'm not 100% sure we're on the same page but I usually find paper funnels at the auto parts store by the oil and such.

I don't think you'll need any flavor of funnel, paper or otherwise, to refill your water bottle. Just stick it under the tap thingy and have at it!

Now, on the other hand, you can purchase a plastic Funnel Cup! Looks just like the fame Farcus Funnel atop the ship!

I've got one! I use it at all of the swank cocktail parties I go to just to tweak folks who sail on a certain other rock wall cruise line that shall remain nameless...
