Tipping Tourguides for Stingray City

We are trying to come up with a budget and how much money/cash we will need for our upcoming cruise and we were hoping to hear suggestions on what a good tip for the tour guides that bring you to Stingray City would be. We are not booked with the cruise line but a private company.

I have not been there yet, but i did crew on a dive boat, and any tip is appreciated. 10% is the norm. If the crew are nice and professional and actually spend time with you, then I would tip 10% pp, but if it is get your gear on dive dive dive, something way far less.
