Ruby Princess - what is different than the CB?

She launches in November, assuming everything remains on schedule, last I heard. She's going to be a member of the sisters of the "Gem Class" (Diamond, Sapphire, Emerald), which are basically just modifications of the Grand Class.

Pretty much anyone who has sailed on CB should be able to feel immediately at home on Ruby, as the deck plans are almost identical.

What itineraries are the Ruby Princess scheduled for? If it's anything like the Caribbean Princess, where do I sign up? I've been dying to get back on a Princess cruise but the itineraries we want aren't plentiful during the months I want to go (school schedule).

Yes it is taking CP's place as the CP will be doing cruises from Puerto Rico.
