Majesty of the Seas or Carnival Fascination?

My DH wants to see Key West plus we're taking my son and his girlfriend for his graduation so we chose a 4nt out of Miami. The question I'm grappling with is which is better--the Majesty or the Fascination? I've been on Mariner of the Seas as was impressed with the ship but disappointed in the lack of friendliness of the other passengers. I've always had a great time meeting people on the seven cruises I've been on. We've never been on a Carnival cruise.

We have never been on Carnival either-- so sorry- can't compare. We have been on the Majesty before the recent renovations. We really enjoyed it-- and the staff, food---everything was really great. We almost tried the Fascination, but had read some bad reviews. Someone even had some pics they posted---of their cabin. The bathroom was really awful. It seemed to me that the Fascination was getting a bit old. We have heard that since the Majesty has been renovated-- it is even nicer than before.
