I was checking the Duck tour in Honolulu for an upcoming trip and saw they added one, thought maybe some of you might be interested Link We've done Duck tours in Baltimore Md and in Philadelphia, so I thought we ought to do one in Honolulu. They also have something on the same order in Lahaina only it's called a Honu Amphibious tour at www.lahainahonu.com. For the more adventurous, saw they now have "ziplines on Maui and on Kauai. Maui's website is www.skylinehawaii.com and Kauai's is www.kauaibackcountry.com Also saw that the USS Missouri has restarted it's overnight encampment program for children 10 and older. For $59 your child can stay on board the USS MO and participate in a variety of exercises and activites including KP duty, the lowering and raising of the Stars and Stripes, reveille, cleanup, emergency evacuation procedures and a fire fighting exercise. During the night teams of 3 youths and an adult take turns manning the ship's watch for one hour periods until daybreak. Sounds like a way for Mom and Dad to get a night out icon_smile.gif Their website is www.ussmissouri.org This information came from the latest issue of Hawaii
