Cave Tubing - Sprained knee

chapa

Recommended Posts

I've booked a cave-tubing tour with Major Tom over a month ago however 2 weeks ago I sprained my knee (torn ACL). How bad is the hike to get to the tubing? Also, I've read that these tours make you link using your legs. How much stress is placed on the legs?

I think cave-tubing was the excursion we were most looking forward to. Can anyone give me an idea of how difficult the walk would be for me? Is there much uneven terrain? Steep hills (up or down)?

Thanks

Pat

If there was ever a man who could rig up a sling and hire bearers for you, you have found him! Major Tom will care for you as if he were your mother.

Don't plan on doing much walking yourself! But Tom ********* will find a way!

His website is of course top secret to Cruise Critic, but if you are having trouble contacting him, write me at dreynolds@aol.com and I will let him know he needs to write to you!
