Snorkel2Much Posted February 20, 2008 #3 Share Posted February 20, 2008 But you'll need Mom/Dad's Platinum credit card. Not too many cheap drink specials in GC.
Ephraim Posted February 20, 2008 #4 Share Posted February 20, 2008 It is 18 in all of the Caribbean except for Honduras where it is 21 but unenforced and Cuba where you need to be 16 to purchase. In fact both USVI and Puerto Rico have the same 18 year minimum.

caymanjohn Posted February 21, 2008 #6 Share Posted February 21, 2008 18 but I've never seen anyone carded over here. Rough price guidelines - beer CI$3.75, Jack & coke CI$4.50. With other mixed drinks the sky's the limit, I've seen CI$8.50 for a mudslide. CI$1 = US$1.25 and all bars accept both. And be careful about running up a tab, most places are honest (Rackam's and Breezes I can vouch for) but even us locals have been caught out at times.
