Who's been on Soverign lately?

Can anyone who has been on Soverign lately (maybe last 2 months) is that ship really in that bad of shape? I really want to go to the Bahamas and I was especially looking forward to CocoCay (sp?), but I have read on some of the sites that the ship is in horrible shape. What was your experience like? I know that there are some people that just cannot be pleased; I really need to know if it was in decent shape. I was thinking of switching to Carnival (which I would rather not). Carnival is more expensive (about $100.00 more and we wouldn't get to go to CocoCay. This is first vacation in about 8 years and I really don't want to be disappointed. Thanks!

There is a review done by somebody who just got off the Sovereign last week under the "Royal Caribbean" board. I'm not sure how to cut and paste it, but you can check it out. She only had good things to say.
