Lost world canopy & rappeling tour

Has anyone done this? My wife & I will be in Belize City on 4-2-08 and SHE really wants to rappel & I'm up for anything... any info would be GREAT as we are cruise virgins!

I did this in 2006 and had a wonderful time! I am going back to Belize in October with a friend and she wants to Zip Line... we will choose this tour. The staff was excellent, high quality equipment, beautiful location, and plenty of great info about Belize while we drove to the zip line area. The zip line itself wasn't as scary as I thought it would be... more thrilling than frightening. We had a 10 year old boy and an 80+ year old grandma on our trip so really... ANYONE can do this.

 

The only thing.. based on your post... there is only one rappel at the very end and it is not the "bounding" type of rappeling down the side of a cliff. It is a straight down rappel without touching a wall of any kind. Still fun... but want to make sure you know what to expect.
