On-board credit?

We were given an oboard credit because of some promotions during the time of booking (through Travelocity). I was wondering when this credit will show up in my account? There was no mention of it in my cruise documentation that arrived the other day. Has anybody ever had trouble with onboard credit? Also, can it be used toward our bar bill???

You can call RC and ask them. OBC doesn't show on the web site, but they can check your acount. Also, once onboard you can check either on TV or at the desk. You can use OBC for anything onboard or excursions.

Just as a reminder, OBC often does not show up until the second day of the cruise. So no worries if it´s not there upon boarding. Wait until day two or three to check for it and if it´s not there then go to guest relations and bring written confirmation about that OBC to sort it out.

:cool: You won't see it until, you get on the ship. It will be on your account and you can use it for what ever you want. If it is $50.00, the first $50.00 you spend on the ship will come out of that credit, and so on. Have a great cruise.;)

:cool: I always send certificates in about 90 days out because, sometimes they are slow to post them.:D
