Sure- it is very easy.

Out of the airport, get onto RT 26 east toward Carolina. Stay on that until it breaks off to either RT 66 or RT 3. Go to the Left onto RT 66. It costs $1.50, but you miss 14 stop lights. For change, use the C lane. Don't use the E lane- that is an express pass lane.

Take RT 66 until the highway ends at RT 3 (at Belz outlets)- Turn right onto RT 3.

Take RT 3 until you see RT 955 with the sign for Rio Mar and Rainforest. Turn right at that light, follow it until you get to RT 191- turn left and go up to the rain forest.
