ComfyBlueSocks Posted February 27, 2008 #1 Share Posted February 27, 2008 The tour company I was going to use for the StingRay Tour is booked on the AM boat. Is there a downside to doing the afternoon tour? It will get me back to my boat on time.... Will it be more crowded? Will the rays not be hungry? Will the water be muddied-up from all the prior activity? Thanks! Cindy
caymanjohn Posted February 27, 2008 #2 Share Posted February 27, 2008 Probably less crowded pm but check your times to make sure you can get back without a hassle. Basically take any timings they give you and add at least 30 minutes to them for safety.
sixgun8 Posted February 28, 2008 #3 Share Posted February 28, 2008 we did one last week and it was a 10Am to 1 PM tour. I know we weren't rushed, but I am paranoid and felt rushed to get back on the ship. We hussled back from the tour stop and ran through a couple shops and then waited in a HUGE line for the tender. But I guess it was ok. We loved the rays and enjoyed our time in Cayman
Jungle Jane Posted February 28, 2008 #4 Share Posted February 28, 2008 Don't worry about the 'rays not being hungry. Our guide said in all his years he'd never seen one turn down food.
