surfing in the Caribbean

On what waves? I've never seen a wave more then 2' high on any island I have visited!:)

You'll want a cruise that stops in Antigua or an island south of there. (Southern route out of San Juan perhaps) Check the Ports of call threads for Dominica, Barbados, St Lucia, etc.

Nope, I have not. I have been to: San Juan, Jamaica, St. Thomas, St. Marteen, St. Croix, St. John, Tortolla, Antigua, Grand Cayman, Costa Maya, Belize, and Honduras.

 

My first trip to Cozumel will be 3/5/08 on the Legend! Interesting to know that there are waves down there. I was shocked when I visited Hawaii and saw the waves there - is Cozumel that high?

No, the waves on Cozumel are nowhere near the size they can get in Hawaii. On the West side of Cozumel, there are seldom any waves of any size unless there is a Norté blowing.
