I wondered that too. I was really looking forward to Colombia, the city tour, adding a new country and a new continent to my "been there list", AN EMERALD. I havent looked at a map of the area to see if its close to our port or not. Guess I'd rather be safe than sorry though. I hope the Captain follows the same precautionary safety guidelines that our country does. Since we sail under a foreign flag I'm not sure what standards they use. maybe I should educate myself about that.
