Century inside stateroom

Trying to decide on a room. Can anyone tell me the pros or cons of room 1223 on the Sports deck? it is the only inside room left on that deck. next best is Penthouse deck.

From 1223 you have to go down one deck to the pool and buffet, and from the Penthouse Deck it's up one deck. What else do you need to know. I've been in an inside on PH deck twice. I prefer going up.

also wondering about noise, etc. there are alot lot less rooms on the Sports deck and it looks like 1223 is a little bit out by it self. so thinking it might be a bit more quiet.

Should be very quiet unless you are next to the areas that the stewards and butlers use for room service, or linens, or trash.
