Divi Beach or Dawn Beach

Which of these two beaches would you recommend and why?:D

 

Which one is more picturesque?

I have only been to DIVI but it was my favorite beach on the whole trip..Claen water..not too rough..shells for the kids...facilities..10 minutes from ship by taxi..

The key word here is "shells". The only shells on any of the beaches in St. Maarten is if the sand is imported i.e. a man-made beach. Divi is a man-made beach unlike Dawn or Orient which have naturally occuring fine-grain powder white sand.

Orient is better, larger and more fun than Divi or Dawn. Dawn is rather small but does have a nice view of St. Bart's in the distance.
