How many formal nights on 5-night Inspiration?

I booked an OV quad for my wife and I and our 2 boys for 12/1/08. How many formal nights are there on this itinerary? I can't seem to find this answer anywhere.

 

Also--I'm pretty sure that there isn't a "premium" dining room (supper club) on this ship, but I was looking for someone to confirm that. That's my only regret about booking this boat--It doesn't look like I'll be able to experience the quality of surf&turf that I had in the Miracle's supper club a couple of years ago.
