Palo Brunch

Is alcohol included with brunch? What types of food do they serve? Sit down or buffet? Thanks in advance

They do include one drink, per person, in the price of the brunch. They have a couple of choices and we always get a Mimosa (OJ and champagne).

As for food..... after you are served your drinks, your server will give you a "tour" of the buffet and also show you what made to order dishes are available that day (typically a choice of chicken, beef, pasta or seafood dishes, pizza - very good by the way, or omelets). The choices on the buffet include breads, seafood, salads, etc. and they even have caviar. Also, the desserts are on the buffet, if you still have room.

We really enjoy the brunch, and have never left Palo hungry (brunch or dinner). :D

I enjoyed the brunch even more than dinner. As the previous poster stated, there is a wide variety of foods. We always order the bellini for our free drink. They are yummy! Another advantage of the brunch is that you can enjoy the aft view off the ship, which you can't enjoy at dinner. I would say this is a "DO NOT MISS!" :D
