Where is water taxi?

I haven't been able to search the Belize thread for info on the Water Taxi location. Anyone have info on how to reach the water taxi terminal from the spot where we are dropped off by the tenders? Thanks

The water Taxi is about 1/2 mile from the cruise ship village. go out the back and make a left... it will be on your left. you will get bombarded with locals trying to earn a dollar. just be firm with your response. same once you arrive at the terminal, there are a few people willing to help you with your bags or any thing else you may need, for a tip of course. don't feel intimidated, just say no.

Just to clarify, if you have never been to Belize before, and don't know which way the back is.

Walk all the way through terminal 4, go out the door and you will see the gates that lead out of the tourist village. walk out of the gate and take a left. Keep an eye out on the left side of the street. It is right before the swinging bridge. If you get to the bridge you've gone too far.

 

Don't be intimidated bythe folks outside the gates, we politely declined their offers and had no problems. We just politely said no and kept going.

where does the water taxi take you? When we were in Belize the last time we went cave tubing and that is all.
