Hotel Akgun in Istanbul

I'll be part of a tour group staying in Istanbul for 3 nights later this month. I just learned we'll be staying at the Hotel Akgun.

 

Has anyone stayed there? It doesn't get very good reviews on Tripadvisor which makes me wonder what it will be like. It appears to be out near the old wall of the city not too far from the Chora Church.

 

I don't have any choice since the tour company made all the decisions, but I'd like a heads up from anyone who might have stayed there.
