First time Carnival Legend Questions

I am planning to book a family vacation on the Carnival Legend for Christmas. (7 day Western Car.) Can anyone give me information on any special holiday celebrations that they have? The cruise is scheduled to be in Belieze on Christmas Day. Any input for Christmas Day?

What kind of temperatures are typical on the western cruise in the end of December?
