On board credit on website?

Hi All! I hear some of you mentioning that you are looking for obc to appear on your statement that is online. Are you looking on the RCL website? We have a reservation. Where would I find this on the website? Thanks for your help

If you log into the website, you should be able to see your reservation number. The online reservation doesn't show onboard credit. You have to call RCCL and request a confirmation statement via email, as that will show itemized OBC.
