For our pending Princess Crown Riviera stateroom 618, everything I read states 233 square feet to 285 square feet. The stateroom is a BB. The difference in the square footage is normally the size of the balcony as Princess adds the stateroom square footage AND the balcony square footage. The actual staterooms will be the same inside. Your stateroom and balcony should equal a total of apporx. 223 sq ft. The 285 sq ft. would be those on the Caribe deck as the balcony is larger.
