zip canopy tours

I am looking for suggestions on what and what not to take off the ship when going on a zip line canopy tour.

 

Is a little cash for tip and the cruise ID card enough as far as money and indentification is concerned? Will I need to carry my passport? If I take a small pocket size camera will I have a chance to get any good shots while up in the canopy? Will the camera need to be kept water tight?

 

Any other do's and don't's will be appreciated.

Cash for tips & your cruise card is all you will need for the canopy tour thru the ship. A passport is never needed anywhere in Vallarta, but then I am assuming you are asking going on this excursion in Puerto Vallarta.

 

Camera ... We need to know what tour you are taking. Wear shoes that will stay on your feet. Flip-flops would be a bad choice for footwear.

I agree with MSN travelers:

 

Cruise card + cash for tips, souvenir photo/DVD, food, etc.

Don't need passport.

The camera is dependent on which company you are zipping with. Some do involve water. Some do not allow cameras on the course. Others do. If they do, take it, as there will be opportunity for photos! The company we used, Los Veranos, had free lockers to store stuff as well.

 

Longer shorts or pants are good, as straps will ride up whatever you are wearing.
