Montego Bay Rainforest or Canopy Tour

In Montego Bay, would anyone recommend the Mystic Adventure Excursion in the Rainforest?

 

Or how about the canopy tour? That sounds like fun but I don't know if I want to do the kayaking that is part of the same excursion.

We did the Canopy tour last May when we were on the Liberty OTS. My son and I had a blast. Also, unless things have changed, you can just do the Canopy tour (MJ38) without the kayaking (MJ63). I believe they have either/or a weight & height limit.

We have also done the zip line there and highly recommend it.

We did the zipline tour there and it is an incredible experience. Would recommend it for anyone.

We did the canopy tour and had a blast, would recommend it. The guides were great and safey seemed good. You can do it without the kayaking portion.
