which night portofino on voyager roatan itin?

We are leaving THIS SUNDAY and haven't quite been able to figure out yet which night to make our reservation for in Portofinos. Tuesday is Cozumel. Wednesday is Roatan, and Friday is Progresso. Not sure which nights are formal nights and wouldn't want to miss these in the main dining room. Any recommendation on which night to go to Portofino's?

We did Portofino's with the Murder Mystery (fixed menu) with pre-dinner drinks and wines with dinner included. It was a blast and the food was outstanding.

We also did the murder mystery night on Wednesday. This wasn't our "thing", but the food was very good ($49.50 pp for the experience). We also went on Friday night for the regular experience and really loved it. Lovelly atmosphere, great food and wonderful service - I highly recommend it and it was well worth the $20 pp surcharge. I had the veal - delicious!
